Sergio Hernandez, also known as BigSurgz, is the founder and driving force behind Big Thangs Management Group. With over a decade of experience in the music industry, Sergio has led high-level management and tour operation projects for some of the world’s top artists—supporting major festivals like EDC Las Vegas, EDC Mexico, Ultra Miami, Miami Music Week, Escape Halloween, Que Onda Music Festival, and iconic venues across cities including Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, Austin, Dallas, Houston, Las Vegas, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, Chicago, and more.

Mentored by some of the biggest names in the business—DJs, talent agents, managers, and labels—Sergio’s mission with Big Thangs Management is to elevate and develop his artists, helping them reach new heights in their careers. Beyond artist management, Sergio also curates and hosts events under the Big Thangs banner, always striving to break the mold and deliver unforgettable, one-of-a-kind experiences.

He has a proven track record of managing high-profile artists and events, securing and booking talent, and executing impactful brand activations for major festivals.

Miguel excels in coordinating logistics, leading hospitality teams, and building strategic partnerships to elevate event experiences. He is highly skilled at integrating sponsors into event programming, maximizing audience engagement, and ensuring smooth and memorable interactions for both artists and guests.
